The vibrant, friendly country of Zambia is best known for the mighty Zambezi river that runs through it to the spectacular Victoria Falls. Many will use Zambia as their host country to visit the falls that straddle neighboring Zimbabwe and there are numerous hotel and lodging options in the nearby town of Livingstone, ranging from high end colonial hotels to quaint B&Bs.
